- Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rauschert (1974)
There has long been a great confusion about the name, because the description and synonymy of Linnaeus in 1753 largely corresponds to Tripleurospermum maritimum subsp. inodorum (L.) Appleq. But Linnaeus himself altered the sense in 1755, and his herbarium sheet in Hortus Cliffortianus corresponds to this sense, and has been so typified. (Applequist, 2003)

The species can be found all over Europe and temperate Asia, and has been widely introduced in temperate North America and Australia.
