- Malaysia: mendong, menugan (Peninsular)
- Philippines: magalas (Panay Bisaya, Tagalog), Palawan agosip (Tagalog)
- Vietnam: bo cau, dụng trâu (Khanh Hoa), ta pan co (Quang Tri).
