En Turquie, les feuilles servent à envelopper des boulettes de viande, de riz ou de boulgour, appelées sarma. (Dogan et al., 2015, 2017).
| L'amande s'emploie pour parfumer les onguents et pour confectionner des colliers réputés antinévralgiques (BOUQUET, 1921). |
