Aydendron firmulum Nees. Lauraceae. PICHURIM BEAN. TODA SPECIE. Brazil. The Portugese of the Rio Negro, a branch of the Amazon, gather the aromatic seeds, known in trade by the names of the pichurim bean and toda specie. The seed is grated like nutmeg.
