Uses
The cane is locally used in making basket frames.
Observations
Clustering, sometimes solitary rattan. Stem 4 mm in diameter without leafsheaths, with sheaths to 18 mm in diameter. Leaves cirrate, 2.8 m long; flagellum up to 2.5 m long; knee conspicuous. Fruit with 3 seeds. Found in lowlands to 500 m altitude.
