Uses
The fruit is sour but edible.
Observations
- Tree, about 10 m tall, 15 cm diameter trunk.
- Leaves 13-18 cm × 4-8 cm.
- Flowers unisexual, red.
- Fruit a globose berry, 3 cm diameter.
In primary forests at medium altitudes.
