Distribution

Borneo (Sabah, Kalimantan).

Uses

The timber is reputed to be used as kelat.

Observations

A medium-sized tree up to 25 m tall, bole up to 50 cm in diameter; leaves obovate-oblong, 12-22 cm × 3.5-8 cm, with 8-12 pairs of rather distinct secondary veins, petiole up to 9 mm long; flowers in axillary and terminal inflorescences; fruit pitcher-like, c. 7 mm long.
