Archangelica gmelini DC. ANGELICA. Northwest Asia. This species is used for culinary purposes by the Russians in Kamchatka [1]. The root, dug in the autumn of the first year, is used in medicine as an aromatic tonic and possesses the taste and smell of the seeds.
